If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we offer an exchange policy within 7 days of receiving the product at your address. This exchange will be in the form of store credit, and the credit has no expiration date.
The 7 days is calculated from the date you receive the product to the date it is picked up by your logistics company. Please be aware that all sales are final, and we uphold a strict no-refund policy.
Exchange Procedure:
If you wish to exchange your product, follow these steps:
- Return the product along with a request for store credit.
- Apply the store credit to your next purchase.
- If the new product’s price exceeds the credit amount, you will need to pay the difference.
- Any remaining credit can be used for future purchases.

Sometimes, your dissatisfaction may be related to the fit of the product. We encourage you to book a frame tune-up at any of our stores. Our expert technicians will assist you in making simple adjustments that can significantly enhance your comfort level.
Quality Check for Refunds/Store Credits:
All refunds/store credits are subject to a thorough quality check of the returned products. Please refer to the pre-conditions for return below:
Contact Lenses:
- The box(es) must be unopened and in the original condition as received by you. We do not accept returns for opened or tampered boxes.
Sunglasses & Frames: i. Must be in unused and unworn condition. ii. Proof of purchase in the form of a physical/electronic invoice must accompany the return request. iii. All item tags, warranty certificates, product catalogs, usage & care instructions, dust bags, etc., included inside the package must be returned in their original condition.
